Defense from strangulation on the ground



The attached video you can see a simulation of a rather common assault and dangerous: Strangulation ground
In this situation, the aggressor is in a position lateral to the "pseudo-victim."
The technique is so broken:

  • with a hand picked one that is strangling the opponent, the other hit the face of the antagonist with a palm strike to the chin or pressing the groove supra-sternal and in the meantime, push one knee against his torso

  • always check the hostile hand, having created the space sufficinte, use the other leg to kick the face of the aggressor (for obvious reasons in video leg crosses the head of the opponent)

  • continue placing the ankle on his face and pushing it toward the floor to make a cross on his elbow lever, or after a foul hit him repeatedly with the heel
